Gatka is like an art in life. It isn't just about fighting. To advance oneself physically, mentally, spiritually through the study of martial arts.

My training lessons are aimed at:

• Improving your growth and thus develop a conscious life style appropriate to a spiritual warrior.
• It helps develop endurance, calmness, self-control and discipline.
• Gatka improves flexibility and co-ordination of muscles. Different techniques and exercises can greatly help to improve your balance, posture, flexibility and coordination.

I work to help give students the best training possible. Students start from the basic footwork and eventually work their way to be trained to master different shasters.
